General Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are issued by Neve Jewels SAS (Company Registration Number 904031580), with its registered office at 8 Rue de la Vrillère 75001 Paris, France , having VAT Registration Number FR69904031580 & trading as SACET.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES (GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

By using this website (the "Website" at www.sacet.com), you accept these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which form a binding agreement between you and Neve Jewels SAS. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We recommend checking these Terms regularly for updates.

We may amend these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Material changes will not affect confirmed Orders.

Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Code de la Consommation (Arts. L.121-18, L.217-4, L.212-1), GDPR, or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

DEFINITIONS

"Company" means Neve Jewels SAS, a limited liability company registered in France with Registration Number 904031580 with address 8 Rue de la Vrillère 75001 Paris, trading as SACET, which is a subsidiary of Neve Jewels IE Limited, (Company Number: 694800), with VAT registration number FR69904031580.

"Group Companies" means Neve Jewels IE Limited, its parent company Neve Jewels Limited (UK, Company Number 06453160), its fellow subsidiaries and related entities as defined under Article L233-1 of the Commercial Code.

"Website" means www.sacet.com and its associated pages and content.

"Website Content" means any information, text, images, photos, design, files, software, music, sounds and videos available on the Website.

"Products" means jewellery and related items sold via the Website.

"Order" means a confirmed purchase.

AGREEMENT

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website (www.sacet.com) and its content, including any information, text, images, photos, designs, files, software, music, sound, and video ("Website Content"), provided by Neve Jewels SAS. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

  • Sacet grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Website, but you must not modify or alter the content of the Website.
  • You must not exploit the content of the Website (or any part thereof) for any commercial purpose except as specifically agreed with Sacet in connection with the services provided on the Website.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable right to create a hyperlink to the Website provided that the link does not portray Sacet or any service provided in connection with Sacet in a false, misleading, or offensive matter, or claim an association with Sacet.
  • You must not use any Sacet logo, design or trademark or any other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Sacet in connection with the above link without the written consent of Sacet.
  • Sacet reserves the right to make changes to the content of the website from time to time.
  • If you submit any user-generated content (such as reviews or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on the Website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All intellectual property rights in the Website and Website Content are owned by us or our licensors. Your use does not grant ownership rights.

LIABILITY

  • We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accessibility of the Website but such accessibility cannot be guaranteed at all times. We will not be liable for any restrictions, interruptions or delays except where caused by our intent or gross negligence or breach (Art. 1240 Code civil)
  • You acknowledge that we do not make any representation or warranty (whether express or implied) that any Website Content is free of viruses or harmful components and SACET accepts no responsibility or liability for the same.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from these Terms, the Website, or Products is limited to the price paid for the Products, excluding shipping costs. This does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Code de la Consommation or Code civil including consumer guarantees of conformity and acceptable quality. If we are liable, remedies are limited to those under the Code de la Consommation or Code civil (e.g., repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination) or, where permitted, the Order amount.
  • SACET does not bear any accepts no liability arising out of for any defects from any design defects, if any, adjustments, alterations or any other modifications has been carried out to the or any other alterations made to the products who is by a third party not authorized by SACET, although this does not affect the FCC rights for manufacturing defects (e.g. repair, replacement or refund) under Code de la Consommation or Code civil.
  • You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including all customs, import, or other permits required for purchasing from our website. The import or export of products displayed on the site may be prohibited by certain national laws
  • We provide the website on an "as is" and "as available" but this does not exclude implied guarantees under the Code de la Consommation or Code Civil such as conformity, quality and fitness for purpose.
  • We reserve the right to change information, prices, or content without notice, but material changes to confirmed Orders will be notified.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantees, rights, remedies, or liabilities imposed by the French Consumer Code or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

  • As an indirect subsidiary of Neve Jewels Limited, we may transfer your data to our UK parent for group purposes (e.g., order processing, marketing and customer behaviour analysis).
  • The UK has EU adequacy (GDPR Art. 45), ensuring equivalent protection.
  • You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Data is processed on lawful bases such as consent or legitimate interests, and retained only as necessary (e.g., for marketing, customer behaviour analysis and order fulfillment). Collection of personal data

  • We collect personal data, such as name, email address and phone number, when you fill out a form on the website or sign up for a newsletter.
  • This personal data will only be used for the specific purpose as mentioned in the above “Privacy Clause” it was collected for and maybe shared with Group Companies for those purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy and security and we totally appreciate and respect how important privacy is. We will strive to ensure that your data is not used for any other than aforementioned by us or by the third parties engaged by us.

GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court, such provision shall, to the extent required, be severed and rendered ineffective to the extent possible without modifying the remaining provisions and shall not in any way affect other circumstances or the validitu or enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or without affecting the rest (Art. L.212-1 Code de la Consommation). The website, its content, the Terms and Conditions and the Contracts will be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute not resolved by the normal complaint procedure will be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts.

ORDERS

Orders placed on www.sacet.com will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the terms and conditions.

  • By ordering and paying, you make an offer to accept the products at the indicated price, subject to the terms and conditions.
  • Upon acceptance, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt, which will contain full details of your order at the time of ordering. However, such a receipt will not be considered a binding contract and the order will not be deemed "accepted" for the following reasons
  • Unauthorized payment;
  • Partial payment pending;
  • Out of stock products;
  • Error on the website regarding the amount of the price indicated;
  • Cancellation of the order;
  • Unable to fill order.

Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within 5 working days from the date of receipt of order. If your order is not confirmed, any payment made will be refunded promptly.

Once confirmed, the order is binding, subject to under Art. L.121-21 Code de la Consommation (e.g. 14-days withdrawal for non-personalized goods).

DELIVERY

  • We offer free shipping to all destinations in Metropolitan France. All our products are individually labelled with a specific delivery time indicated on the product page.
  • Free delivery the next day applies only to products displayed as "Free delivery the next day".
  • The free delivery and next day delivery order are subject to availability, stock-levels, working days and your rights under Code de la Consommation or Code Civil.
  • As a made-to-order company, most of our products are subject to manufacturing time. This is normally between 2-3 working weeks, and 3-4 working weeks if your item is bespoke.
  • This does not affect your statutory guarantees of 14 days withdrawal or 2 year warranty.
  • All the effort will be made to ship and deliver the products within the stipulated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a delay in your delivery occurs, we will keep you informed on your order status and provide you a new delivery date.
  • We will not be liable for any loss you may suffer due to a delay in delivery or cancellation of your order unless our fault (Art. 1240 Code Civil). This does not affect your Code de la Consommation Rights.

  • Any item purchased with an option of in-store pick up by the customer, has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in store. Any order not picked up within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the total value of the order. Restocking fee reflects costs; although it will be waived if it is due to our fault.
  • In case of loss or damage to an order during transport, we will offer you a replacement or refund at no additional cost. The risk of loss is transferred to the customer only after the completed delivery.
  • Customers are encouraged to report missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Your purchase contract is not complete until we have sent you an order confirmation email within 5 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • We take payment at the time of order; the merchant bank will verify the card details for security purposes.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Switch, and Delta. The prices displayed include VAT and packaging.
  • The products are not shipped until full payment of the order has been received.

Alma

  • Alma's credit service is offered for the payment of purchases and the execution of the payment, provided that the person buying the good or service through Alma ("Buyer") accepts the payment contract in several times or deferred payment.
  • A fee may be charged by Alma.
  • Any refusal to grant payment in several times or the payment deferred by Alma may result in the lapse of the contract of purchase of the good or service (“GTC”), unless the Buyer agrees to pay the amount of the purchase.
  • In the event of termination of the T&Cs, the payment contract in several times or deferred payment will be terminated by right.
  • In the event of a withdrawal of the payment solution in several times or deferred payment used for your payment, the GTCS will be automatically terminated, unless you pay the amount of your purchase through Alma. If the product has already been shipped to you, you will have to return it within the maximum period provided for in these GTC.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer is only eligible for Returns and Refund if he/she fulfils the following conditions:

  • Jewelry should not be engraved, customized or resized.
  • Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
  • The jewelry must be in perfect condition and the safety label with barcode intact.
  • Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment.
  • Items returned for refund or exchange must be unworn, with the label and in perfect condition.
  • The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Products bought via distance sales can be returned within 14 days. You may notify us to cancel the order (Exclusion – Personalised Products)
  • Our 30 days return policy supplements your 14 days withdrawal or 2 year warranty rights under Code de la Consommation.
  • All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed.
  • For purchases made between November 27th and December 24th 2025, SACET allows returns until February 1st 2026, though returns on bespoke, engraved, or resized items are not permitted. This does not affect your consumer rights under applicable laws of France.
  • Any diamond that falls out of the ring or is lost will not be covered by our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to have your jewelry protected against such accidents. Return your item as soon as it arrives, and inform SACET of any defects or damage.   • For non-conformity, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination (Arts. L.217-4 to L.217-16). There is no strict time limit if the customer has notified us reasonably.
  • Jewelry sold at a discount price cannot be replaced at the same reduced price.
  • Please keep in mind that any item returned for refund or exchange must always be unworn, with the tag and in perfect condition.

Note: Shipping costs for returning the product will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product. Note: Please return your purchase via FedEx/UPS special delivery and insure the package for the full purchase amount. SACET is not responsible for damage or lost packages during shipping.

A warranty period of 02 years is mandated by law in France depending on the expected lifespan of the item. Although, we offer a lifetime warranty on our products. Your Code de la Consommation is not affected by our commercial warranty.

DAMAGED AND WORN ITEMS

  • You must check the products as soon as you receive them, regarding any fault or damage. Please notify us within 30 days from the delivery date and we will arrange for a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate under the Code de la Consommation. This does not affect your Code de la Consommation rights. However, failure to do so within the time limit mentioned above will not be acceptable for any refund.
  • Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than SACET will not be accepted.
  • Each product comes with a barcoded security tag that must be intact; breaking this tag will void your right to returns.
  • Any item repaired, resized or engraved by a third party not registered with or approved by SACET jewellery workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
  • Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped beyond our return policy supplementing the withdrawal rights of 14 days period will not be eligible for refunds.
  • All earrings must be unworn to be eligible for an exchange.

SIZING

Resizing is an additional service and does not limit your Code de la Consommation Rights.

Getting the right ring size can be a complicated matter. We offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized with the exception of full eternity rings. See below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to assist you if you have any questions regarding your ring size.

Resizing is an additional service (€69 beyond 2 sizes). Our team assesses feasibility and post assessment, notifies costs to customers in advance. This does not limit your Code de la Consommation rights. The customers are charged extra if the defect is caused by us.

Engagement rings and diamond rings:

For all metal rings not set with diamonds or gems, we offer a free sized bet of up to two sizes higher or lower within 30 days of receiving the jewel. A fee of €69 applies for any size over two sizes.

For diamond-set engagement rings or gemstones (including custom-made rings), we need to examine the jewel to determine if a cutting is possible or if it needs to be remade.

If the size is possible, we offer it up to two sizes of more or less. If the difference is more than two sizes, a minimum fee of €69 will apply.

Diamond rings half turn or full tour:

Complete tour diamond rings (eternity rings): due to the nature of the setting, the full turn diamond rings cannot be cut and must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt

We invite you to contact our team to discuss other alternatives for your ring. Three-quarters turn diamond rings: Due to the nature of the setting, we need to examine the diamond rings three-quarters of a turn to determine whether a cutting is possible or whether they need to be refabricated. The price will depend on the difference in cost between the sizes.

Tailor-made rings:

We do not offer a free size for custom orders, but we can proceed to a size for an amount of 69 € when the jewel allows. Upon receipt of your request, our team will evaluate whether a sized bet can be made and will talk with you about it. Depending on the complexity of your ring, the size setting can cause additional costs to your expense. This also applies if the ring needs to be re-reshipped in cases where cutting is not possible. All additional costs will be communicated to you in advance. You will then decide whether or not to proceed with the size bet.

Alliances:

For all-metal rings not set with diamonds or gems, we offer a free-cut bet of up to two sizes or sizes within 30 days of receiving the jewelry. A fee of €69 applies for any size over two sizes. Our team will always review your rings before confirming the price. The rings set with diamonds or gemstones must be inspected before any cutting to ensure that the nature of the setting allows it.

REPLATING

To maintain the white gold whiteness of your jewellery through the years, your ring might need to be replated. We do offer Rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of 59€. Please contact our team for more information.

MOBILE MESSAGING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • SACET’s Mobile Messaging Service (the “Service”) is operated by SACET LIMITED Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
  • We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
  • By giving your consent to the SACET SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from/on behalf of SACET via your telephone operator to the mobile phone number you have provided, even if your mobile phone number is registered on the blacklist.
  • We and the group companies will only send SMS/text messages with your express consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Consumer Code.
  • We and Group Companies comply with GDPR and Consumer Code ensuring lawful processing, identifying ourselves as the sender in every message, and providing a functional unsubscribe facility.
  • You are solely responsible for all SMS charges imposed by your phone carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time by sending STOP in response to one of our SMS or by clicking on the unsubscribe link. You will receive a one-time unsubscribe confirmation SMS. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you have initiated them. SMS complies with GDPR and French postal laws (e.g., no unsolicited despite consent) and is subject to the Privacy Policy.
  • We may change at any time any exclusive number or telephone number we use to operate the Service. Messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to an exclusive number or telephone number that we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the non-delivery, delay, or misdirection of any information sent via the Service, for any errors in such information, and/or for any actions, you may take or fail to take in reliance on the information or the Service.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), but we will notify you and mitigate impacts. This does not affect your FCC rights.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the rest of these Terms.

The Precious Days

1. Offer Details

  • Discount: 15% off across the entire Sacet.com website.
  • Cap: Maximum discount of €5,000 per order.
  • Exclusions: Product exclusions may apply and are detailed at the time of purchase.
  • Non-Stackable: Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Validity: Offer is valid from 24th November until 1st December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.

2. Guarantees and Obligations

  • Offer Modification: Sacet, through Neve Jewels Sas., reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer before your order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, the discounted price is guaranteed and cannot be unilaterally changed.
  • Consideration: The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Right of Withdrawal (Refund):
    • In accordance with French law (Distance Selling), you have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund for your order.
    • Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are clearly personalised or manufactured according to your specifications (Art. L. 221-28 of the Code de la consommation).
  • Exchange: We offer exchanges for an equal or greater value, as well as ring resizing, in line with our returns policy. The promotion remains applicable to resizing within 30 days of purchase.

3. Disputes

  • Mediation: In the event of a complaint, the consumer has the right to free recourse to a Consumer Mediator (Médiateur de la consommation) after having first submitted a written complaint to us. Contact details will be provided on our website.
  • Applicable Law: These conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts. The decision of Neve Jewels Sas. is in no way final and does not prevent your right to take legal action.

Governing Law

  • If any provision in these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these terms and conditions.
  • The website, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

ORDERS

Orders placed on www.sacet.co.uk will be subject to acceptance in accordance to the terms and conditions.

  • On placing the order and checking out, you are making an offer to accept the goods at the stated price subject to the terms and conditions.
  • On acceptance, we will send you an Order Receipt that will have all your order details agreed by you at the time of placing the order. However, such Receipt will not be treated as a binding contract and the order will not be treated as 'accepted' for the following reasons:
    • Payment not authorized;
    • Partial payment pending;
    • Products out of stock;
    • Error on the website with respect the stated price amount;
    • Order being cancelled.
    • Can not fulfil order

Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within the next 5 working days from the date of receipt of order.

Delivery And Collection

  • As a made-to-order company, most of our products are subject to a manufacturing time. This is normally between 2-3 working weeks, and 3-4 working weeks if your item is bespoke.
  • All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order status and provide a new delivery date.
  • We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer on account of late delivery or cancellation of your order. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery issues at help@sacet.co.uk.
  • Any item purchased with us has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in-store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value.

  • We take the payment at the time the order is placed; the merchant bank for security purposes will verify the card details.

Our Commitment To Hallmarking

At Sacet, we ensure that every item of jewellery we sell is hallmarked, regardless of its weight. As an Assay Assured Jewellery Retailer, we adhere to the strict standards set by the London Assay Office. This certification is only awarded to retailers who have been independently audited and verified, confirming that all our precious metal jewellery (except items exempt by weight) has undergone thorough testing and hallmarking.

Returns And Refunds

  • Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
  • Bespoke and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Resized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Eligible products must be returned within 30 days after reception, unworn and in pristine condition.
  • Products must be returned with the original tag attached or alongside the product.
  • All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed.
  • Customers have 30 days to reject faulty goods. Add this after -Eligible products must be returned within 30 days after reception, unworn and in pristine condition.

Any diamond fallen out of the ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishaps. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify Sacet for any defect or damage, if you find any issues please contact us on 0207 442 5550 or email us at help@sacet.co.uk.

The jewellery sold at discount prices cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.

The delivery costs for returning the product will be the customer's sole responsibility and will only be refundable in the event that there is a manufacturing fault with the product.

Note: Please return your purchase via a trusted courier and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. Sacet is not responsible for damage or lost package during shipment.

Damaged And Used Items

  • If your package or item delivered arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or contact us immediately at (help@sacet.co.uk). If your item or package is damaged you must contact us within 24 h of receipt.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn and in pristine condition. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Sacet will not be accepted.
    Products must be returned with the original tag attached or alongside the product.
    All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted.
    Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed.
  • Any item repaired, resized or engraved by a third party not registered with or approved by Sacet jewellery workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
  • Please return your purchase via a trusted courier and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. Sacet is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.
  • All earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for an exchange.

Ring Resizing

Getting the size of your ring right can be a complicated matter. We do offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized except full eternity rings. Refer below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions regarding the size of your ring.

Engagement and Diamond Rings: For plain bands, non-diamond or non-gemstone set rings, we offer complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days after reception of the item.

For any resizing exceeding two sizes, we will charge a fee of £69.

For diamond-set or gemstone-set engagement rings (including custom-made rings), items must be assessed in order to ensure whether they can be resized, or whether they need to be remade. In both cases within 30 days resizing will be complimentary up to 2 sizes up and down, anything above 2 sizes will incur a minimum charge of £69.

Eternity Rings: Full eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be replaced within 30 days of receipt. This price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of £69. Please contact our team to discuss alternative options for your ring.

Half & ¾ eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and ¾ eternity rings must be assessed in order to ensure whether they can be resized or whether they will need to be remade for which costs will apply. This price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of £69.

Wedding Rings: For plain bands, non-diamond or non-gemstone set wedding rings, we offer complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days after receipt of the items. For resizing exceeding two sizes, we charge a fee of £69. All rings will be assessed by our team prior to confirming the price.
Diamond-set or gemstone-set wedding rings must be inspected prior to resizing to ensure that the nature of the setting will allow a resizing.

Custom-made rings: We offer complimentary resizing for up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt provided that a resizing is possible. For a resizing exceeding 2 sizes we charge a fee of £69. Upon receiving your request, our team will assess if the resizing is possible and discuss it with you. Depending on the complexity of your ring, the resizing may result in additional costs that shall be borne by you. This also applies if the ring has to be made anew from scratch if it cannot be resized as desired. You will be informed about any additional costs in advance. It will then be clarified whether the size change should be carried out.

Rings that need resizing outside of the 30 days resizing policy will incur a minimum charge of £69. Should the ring need to be remade the exact fee will depend on the particular style of the ring.

Replating

To maintain the white gold whiteness of your jewellery through the years, your ring might need to be replated.
We do offer Rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of £59. Please contact our team for more information.
